Permission is part of the brief
If a project uses a person's likeness, agree on the goal and the audience before you upload a photo. Explain what you will create, where it will appear, and how long it may be used. Written permission keeps expectations clear.
Keep your library intentional
Save only characters you can use responsibly. Give each one a useful name and remove references you no longer need. Veyra Live requires consent confirmation when you save a character, and keeps account media behind authenticated access.
Be clear with your audience
A transformed face can be a creative choice and still need context. Use captions, announcements, or on-screen labels to explain when an appearance or message is synthetic. Avoid impersonation, deceptive endorsements, and the use of intimate or sensitive likenesses without permission.
Know when to stop
If permission is withdrawn, stop using the likeness and remove the relevant character. If you find misuse, contact support with the information needed to identify the content. Never share passwords, tokens, or private payment details in a report.
