Effective October 18, 2026. These policies describe this version of the Veyra Live service. If you have a question, use our contact form.
1. Information you provide
When you create an account, we store information such as your name and email address. Your workspace may include uploaded media, saved characters and consent confirmations, prompts, job outputs, live-session records, paired devices, preferences, and support messages. Contact forms store the details you submit so the team can respond.
2. How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the features you request, keep your media connected to your account, record usage, manage payment access, pair devices, respond to support, and protect the service from misuse. Your private media is accessed through authenticated application endpoints rather than a public character gallery.
3. Processing providers
When you submit a creation or start a live session, the information required for that feature may be sent to a configured processing or communications provider. Payment information is handled by the configured payment provider; the application does not need your full card number. Provider configuration and capability are shown on the status page. Provider policies may apply to their processing.
4. Cookies and account sessions
The application uses secure account cookies to maintain your signed-in session and enforce access control. A desktop client receives scoped, expiring credentials after you approve its one-time pairing code. You can log out of your account and revoke desktop devices from the dashboard.
5. Storage and access
Account records and media are stored in the configured database and storage system. Application access checks connect jobs, characters, uploads, and devices to their owner. Authorized administrators can review service records and support requests as necessary to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security; avoid uploading sensitive information unnecessary to a creative request.
6. Retention and your choices
You can remove saved characters and revoke paired devices from your account. Other records may need to be retained for account operation, payment reconciliation, security, legal requirements, or resolving support requests. To request account or media deletion, correction, or a copy of your information, contact support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
7. Respect other people's privacy
Do not upload a person's likeness without the necessary rights and consent, and avoid sending private or sensitive information in prompts or support messages. If another person's information has been used without permission, submit a report through the contact form with the details needed to identify it.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service and its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Use our contact form for a privacy question or request; never include your password, authentication token, or full payment information.
